I am interested in food histories, especially social narratives around food and early 20th century agricultural history. I am also interested in planned economies and the family. I recently graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Joint Honours degree in History and Spanish where I completed an undergraduate dissertation on oranges during the early Francoist period.
